•Monthly 1 ½ hour prenatal visits beginning at 5 months where we build a relationship of trust and understanding; explore your birth vision, values, and intentions together; and prepare ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually for your birth.

•Access to my tools, and assistance using them during prenatal visits- manual blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, fetoscope, tape measurer, doppler.

•24/7 phone and text support beginning at the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum.

•On-call availability beginning 3 weeks before your estimated due date until birth.

•Continuous labor support from the moment you notify me, including regular phone calls and text message check-ins until I join you at the birth location.

•My continual presence and physical, emotional, practical, and spiritual support during your birthing time and up to 3 hours after birth.

•Access to contents of my birth bag during labor. Items include fetoscope, Pinard horn, Doppler, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, cord clamps, scalpels, tape measurer, gloves, mirror, ambu bag, birth kit, emesis bags, essential oils for topical use and/or aromatherapy, birthing ball, peanut ball, rebozo, massage oil and tools, reflexology comb, eye mask, headband headphones, electric heating pad, handheld fan, herbal tinctures, hand held mirror, baby scale and more.

•Photos and/or videos as previously agreed upon.

•Birth timeline/notes from my perspective.

•2 in-home postpartum visits of 2 hours, supporting you and your family in whatever ways you need, from light housework, entertaining older children, meal preparation, newborn care, birth processing, breastfeeding support, and physical and emotional support.

•Additional postpartum visits can be added at a rate of $50 per hour.

•Unlimited borrows from my lending library.

•Regular emails and texts with content pertinent to your stage of pregnancy and current concerns.

•1 notarized witness letter for use in acquiring birth certificate and social security number for your baby, if applicable and desired.
